Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Refund requests made after 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Our Content

Prohibited Content

• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains software viruses or malicious code
• Violates the privacy of others
• Is spam, advertising, or promotional material not authorized by us

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Service, including all course materials, videos, quizzes, and other educational content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content without authorization
• Use the content for commercial purposes outside the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works based on the content

Certificates earned through the Service may be shared on professional networks and with employers to verify your accomplishments.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

You may also request to delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

In no event shall IQON-IA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
